This Privacy Policy explains how Metisora ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the MetiRecon desktop application (the "App") and the website at which this policy is published (the "Site"). We designed MetiRecon to be private by default: your data stays on your computer.

The files you open in MetiRecon and the comparison results are processed entirely on your device and stored only where you choose to save them (for example, when you export a report, or in a local application-support folder used for your saved configurations and history). We have no access to this content and it is never uploaded to us or any third party.
MetiRecon offers auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store and the Microsoft Store. When you subscribe, the relevant store processes your payment and manages your subscription. We receive only aggregated, anonymised sales and subscription-status information from these stores; we do not receive your payment card details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement for how they handle your information.
The Site is a static marketing website. Like most web servers, it may automatically record standard technical request logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) for security and reliability purposes. These logs are not used to identify you and are retained only for a short period. The Site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.
We use the limited store and technical information described above only to operate, secure and improve MetiRecon and the Site, plus to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the app stores that process purchases and with service providers or authorities where required to operate the service or comply with the law.
Depending on your location (including under the EU/EEA GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the App collects no personal data, such requests will usually relate only to correspondence you have sent us. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.
We retain correspondence and required transaction records only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
MetiRecon is a professional tool intended for business use and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
